Felix Schneider | Computational Biologist
I am interested in image analysis and imaging-based Spatial Omics. I did my PhD in Marburg in Molecular Neuroscience with focus on imaging. For my PostDoc I moved to Heidelberg and switched to cancer research and worked in the field of Spatial Omics with the GeoMx System from nanostring. My current work encompasses the development of a computational pipeline to pre-process seqFISH+ data.
In my free time I like to swim, boulder, ballroom dance or just enjoy a good book.
