Felix Munzlinger | Machine Learning Engineer
I am interested in applying machine learning techniques to research problems. My current work is on learning burden scores from rare variants (DeepRVAT) and linking variants to diseases through effects on gene expression. I have a background in computer science, specifically computer vision, which I gained through my work at Ommer Lab. During my undergraduate and postgraduate studies, I minored in both business administration and art history.
Outside of science, I enjoy long-term travelling, woodworking, gardening, art, architecture (< Bauhaus) and in general “old things”.
